earthfelt: a sanctuary for feeling beings to remember & return…
earthfelt is an invitation to turn towards the depths of our feeling
with the belief that it is through feeling that we re-awaken to the earth-based wisdom that already flows through our veins. earthfelt honors the journey home as we reorient to life as an offering and embody sacred reciprocity with the more-than-human world; it is both a way of being and a way home.
these are hard times. for hundreds of thousands of years, we danced and sang with the more-than-human world. as nature-based beings, our lives intimately honored the rhythms of mother earth; there was no distinction between us and her. in the blink of an eye, everything changed.
we no longer hunt and gather. we no longer live in community or align our rhythms with the seasons. western culture has profited off separation, narratives of othering, and the belief that we are not affected by what is happening to the forests and rivers as we consume and build to no end.
whether we can shift the outcome is not the question best asked. to begin this work is to remember. to heed the call is to re-engage with the nature-based wisdom that we all carry within, to come home to our place within the ecosystem and deconstruct narratives that place us at its center.
we must grieve what’s been lost and return to ways of being that honor the more-than-human world as kin. this is the work of our time: to pause and rest; to feel, remember, and return; to birth a new paradigm from the inside out.
what happens without, happens within.
welcome! I'm hannah, the feeling being behind earthfelt.
I support tender hearts in inhabiting and digesting the wisdom of their feeling to orient towards an earthfelt life. I believe human beings are a part of the alchemical web of life and that narratives that place us at its center are a source of disconnection & dis-ease. as an ecotherapist & facilitator, I support people’s journey beyond the world of name and form to re-awaken to the primordial rhythms that beat within.
